The TRC is our Chamber’s annual, focused fundraising and marketing campaign. It offers members a one-stop “shop” of sponsorship, advertising and promotional opportunities tied to chamber events, programs, publications and digital media. The funds raised help underwrite our non-dues revenue base, enabling us to deliver expanded resources and services to you — our members.
Sponsorship revenue generated through the TRC enables us to build capacity, deliver high-impact programs and increase member value without relying solely on dues. By offering sponsorship opportunities in a coordinated, packaged format, you gain planning certainty and visibility options, and we maximize our ability to serve the community.

Here is an overview:
Campaign Window: This year, the TRC winds will open on November 18th through December 19th.
During the open period, all available sponsorship and marketing packages are listed in the online TRC Portal/Opportunity Guide.
Existing sponsors from the prior year receive a “first right of refusal” window (e.g., the first three weeks of the campaign) to renew their previous packages.
Once that period ends, remaining opportunities become available to all members and new members.
After the campaign, you are invoiced 30 days prior to the event(s) you commit to. Payment terms, cancellation policy and any multi-year options will be outlined in your commitment form.
All current Chamber members are eligible to browse, select and commit to TRC sponsorship and marketing opportunities.
New members may join at any time and, if joined within their first year of membership, are eligible to participate in the TRC for that year. (Note: If you join after the campaign window closes, timing and eligibility will be confirmed with staff.)
No, you only need to commit during the campaign window to secure your package. Your actual invoice will be issued approx. 30 days prior to the event and payment is expected then. If you are committing to multiple events, the invoices may be staggered accordingly.
The TRC portal lists dozens of options — from major signature-event sponsorships to smaller program advertising slots. For example, sponsorships may range from approximately $250 to $5,000 or more, depending on the size, reach and benefits. (Refer to the Opportunity Guide for current pricing, benefits, quantities and availability.)
Yes — the TRC recognizes loyalty. Existing sponsors are offered first right of renewal each year (as noted above).
